Something has to change.
You feel it.
You just can't name it yet.
You’ve built a career, a reputation, a life.
But the ground is shifting, and the old roadmap isn’t working anymore. This is where we begin.
Clients arrive with different challenges — a career devoid of soul and significance, the anxiety that comes with losing identity and status, the loneliness of being surrounded by people and still feeling unseen, and a numbness where joy and aliveness used to be.When we slow down and look carefully, the same four gaps keep appearing underneath. I've come to think of them as the foundations of a meaningful life. When one is missing, you feel it, even if you can't define it.
P
PURPOSE
You've accumulated the credentials and built a successful career.
But in the midst of all that striving, the nagging question persists: does any of it actually matter?
What you're longing for is Purpose.
Purpose is your contribution to something outside of yourself. When you care for someone or something beyond yourself, it gives you a reason to be.
S
SENSE-MAKING
A change happened and took your sense of self with it. You are lost between who you were and who you're becoming.
What you're longing is to make sense of your life.
Sense-making is the weaving of your experiences into a coherent story of agency and growth. You connect who you were to who you are becoming with a grounded sense of intention and resilience.
A
AWE
You once knew how to play and be delighted with life. Somewhere along the way, you lost the sense for wonder.
What you're longing for is Awe.
Awe is connection to something vast that inspires wonder. You can feel awe in nature, in art, in collective experiences and witnessing human kindness. Awe makes you feel alive.
K
KINSHIP
You're surrounded by people — your partner, family, friends and colleagues. Yet you feel strangely alone.
The conversations and experiences stay on the surface. You are not truly heard, even by those closest to you.
What you're longing for is Kinship.
Kinship is deep bonds built through mutual care, vulnerability, and shared experiences. When there is kinship, you are truly seen and heard. You know you matter.
The details change but the longing underneath rarely does. If something here resonates with you, let's talk.

THE WORK
In our Discovery Call, we explore what's brought you here and what you most want to change. We decide on the Coaching Programme based on your goals and desired focus areas.
Think of it as a hike we take together. You decide where we're going and I walk beside you. Each session, you bring the challenge most alive to you. I bring questions, tools and frameworks in service of your goal.
PROGRAMMES
Most clients do the work through one of these programmes. If your goal is different, I'll design a bespoke programme around it.
FROM CONFUSION TO CLARITY
For the person who knows something has to change but hasn't yet found the clarity and courage for what comes next. We pull the thread on who you’ve been, who you are and who you want to become. You'll develop a clearer sense of your identity and values and how to move toward the life you want with intention and direction.
FROM AMBITION TO PURPOSE
For the person who has proven they can climb, and is now searching what's truly worth climbing toward. The First Mountain of Ambition has external metrics: salary, title, recognition. The Second Mountain of Purpose asks: what contribution is worth my life? We honour what you’ve built and use it as the foundation to scale the Second Mountain.
Our work together allows you to think what you have not thought, say what you have not said, dream what you have not dreamed, and create what you have not created.
The work is for you if:
You've outgrown your position in life. You knew it two years ago and you still haven't done anything about it.
You work harder than almost everyone around you. But somehow it still isn’t enough.
You’ve played it safe for years. Now you can't stop thinking about the parts of you that you’ve given up.
Being a parent has changed what matters to you. But it hasn't replaced your desire to do meaningful work in the world.
You're surrounded by people who know what you do. Yet none of them know who you are.

ABOUT ME
It didn't pan out, so I went to J.P. Morgan instead.
The flip tells you something about me: I've always had two parts running in parallel. The competitive chess player who thrives at top schools, lands the prestigious jobs, knows exactly which game is being played and plays it well. The other part is restless and reaching, and keeps challenging the conventional choices. In the early part of my life, the first part dominated: Degrees from the universities of Oxford and Chicago; sixteen years at some of the world's biggest banks. I was good at playing the game and for a long time I felt on top of the world.
What it cost me took longer to realise. The health warnings I ignored. The relationships I neglected.
Having all my time, attention, and energy pointed at external performance gave life form and structure, but quietly crowded out my ability to know what I actually want for myself. For a long time, I accepted the banks' goals as my own. When they diverged, the dissonance was overpowering.I left banking for good on the third attempt — after a startup, an MBA and a cafe-bar.A coach helped me find my tree on the other side of the hill. It was the first time I'd examined my values and dreams away from mainstream expectations. The questions cracked open my ossified ways of thinking. I discovered I was curious about people, and that I loved asking questions.Having found my own tree, I became curious about helping others find theirs — which was how I became a coach. Sixteen years later, that portfolio has grown to include strategy consulting, teaching and co-authoring a book on blockchain.
In my metamorphosis, I also discovered my idea of meaning. Meaning does not appear in grand gestures. Previously, going to expensive restaurants felt like a sign of a good life. Now, what brings me joy is asparagus from my own garden, with fresh eggs from my hens, on sourdough baked by my partner.
I know where you are. I was there. And I know there's something on the other side of it.
That's why I do this work with you.

During a turbulent and stressful time in my life, Sandy helped me sort through a lot of anxiety and confusion to assess more clearly where I stood in my life and work, and take considered decisions on my approach and next steps. Her thoughtful suggestions and insightful framing helped me clarify my thoughts and sort through facts vs fears. Sandy's coaching helped me gain clarity and confidence in aligning my goals with my vision. Her friendly, calm presence and insightful questions guided my decision-making process. I left our work with a clear action plan and the courage and commitment to make it real. Sandy is an intuitive guide who creates a fun, safe space to explore and discover.
L.S.
Coaching with Sandy helped me clarify and outline specific personal and professional goals. Personally, I've been more intentional about planning time with friends and staying connected with loved ones, which has greatly improved my overall wellbeing. Professionally, I've been holding myself back less — saying yes to opportunities instead of talking myself out of them. I've learned to acknowledge and celebrate what I've already accomplished while setting clear plans for what comes next.
